Good stuff -All valid points. We could go on for days, but here are a few points that have helped.
·	Cut down on caffeine, often the burst of energy is outweighed by the crash when the caffeine wears off.
·	K-I-S-S Keep it simple, stupid. Do not be too smart. Always look for ways to simplify projects and activities. Simple is elegant.
·	Keep your work area clean and organized. Studies show junk mail is a significant source of stress. Handle it don’t shuffle it. E-mail, memos, and other correspondence should be responded too immediately if they are quick and easy, if more time is needed schedule time to respond, or if unimportant and unneeded throw it away.
·	Exercise revitalizes; amazingly it does not diminish the energy supply it enhances it. Try 10 minutes of stretching, walking, or any exercise in the middle of a busy day. When it feels like nap time try 10 minutes of activity.
·	Do not commit to unimportant tasks. A task may seem inconsequential or may be off in the future, however if it does not help you reach your goals, if it is not important to your family, if it is not valuable to you; it probably is a waste of time.
·	It's ok to say no. When you say yes too often what are you saying no to? Make sure you are following your priorities not the priorities of others. It is ok to say no.
