    Actually train stations are not public places. They are private property and owner can make the rules there. But on the streets you can film whatever you want. By the way, in Soviet Union you should be very careful filming public places, you could get arrested for spying for the imperialist west. Hahaha

    I wonder what the law actually states concerning this, there´s plenty of tourists who film in the open after all. Is it legal, if so why don´t you carry a copy of the freedom law to shop the cops?
