India’s biggest fashion trade event, Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WLIFW) Spring/Summer 2009, will be held at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from 15th October to 19th October, 2008. In its 12th year, WLIFW along with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) aims at providing a platform for new talents to showcase their potential. A total of 87 designers will be participating in this mega event.

1. Long and Tall Boots
As mentioned earlier, longer boots are in for the cold season and style. Knee-length boots are in and you’ll see soft and slouchy types, with folded-down cuffs, and lace-up types of boots. Ankle boots are still in and you may find those with embellishments, as well as those with stiletto heels.
2. Bright Tights
Tights are in and they come in color and funky prints. Younger women love the crazy-colored and printed ones to match their mini dresses or skirts. For tights, the brighter the color, the better.
